These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings regarding it. They do not modify any offering documents or other signed agreement you may have with us.
