We built our reputation acquiring and operating workforce and affordable housing in strategic growth markets. That work taught us to underwrite conservatively, navigate complex regulatory and financing structures, and operate with the people who use our properties in mind.

We hold interests in build-to-rent, multifamily, townhome, industrial flex, commercial plaza, and self-storage real estate, and in lending, title insurance, and insurance companies.
